A “MARQUEE” PROJECT
Mobile, AL
Hancock Whitney Football Stadium is the 25,450-seat multi-purpose stadium of the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. E. Cornell Malone Corporation’s Metal Wall Panel division is proud to have “all eyes” on our work with the stadium’s Daktronics high-definition videoboard clad in our panels.
The scoreboard, which ranks top 40 in the country, stretches over 100 feet into the sky. Overlooking the pine trees around campus, the scoreboard also serves as the marquee and focal point for fans.
The Jaguars ticket booth is housed directly under the impressive scoreboard structure. E. Cornell Malone Corporation metal wall panel division furnished and installed 6,500 square feet of Kingspan 2” thick Designwall 2000 in 24” module.

The project started on February 18, 2020 and was completed in March 18, 2020. Our crews worked out of man lifts with safety tie off throughout the entire project.
This project is just one of many stadium projects that Malone has worked across the region such as Vaught-Hemingway stadium and Swayze Field at Ole Miss, and Davis-Wade Stadium at Mississippi State.
Malone is proud to have partnered on a wall panel project that will help serve as a catalyst to ignite the passions South Alabama fans and help create rich game day traditions for generations to come.
